"Daughters and I were in town for NCAA Lacrosse Championships and chose this venue for our stay. It’s in an older house divided into separate areas. It was sufficient for what we needed. Had an issue with shower head that was resolved very promptly. Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when exploring Durham area."

"This property was a bit odd, but OK for our short stay to visit our daughter at college. Beds were comfortable and unit had most basics (towels, paper products, dishes). Conveniently located, grocery store was walkable, easy parking and access to unit. Unit needs some repairs but was overall fine. We came home one evening to very significant police presence in the complex, so the area may not be the best."

"The suite was clean, communication to verify the reservation was great to start; however, once you're in the suite, you cannot get a hold of anyone to assist with any issues. We stayed here for 3 nights while we're in Durham to tour Duke University. The pros: location was convenient, the suite was spacious for the three of us, it was clean, and instructions to the property and access to the suite from the property management was clear and precise. The cons: No wifi. There were instructions...

"It’s a lovely condo in a lovely neighborhood. Plus I was able to walk to town through Duke’s east campus, a real pleasure. The condo was spotless and the host was very accessible and patient with my questions."

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. "The loft was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had to get used to being very quiet in the bedrooms because the walls don't completely enclose the room. It was in the description and it really adds to the spacious feeling. The location is great- a 10 minute walk to downtown Durham with many restaurants, shops, and sites to see."
