"The property was excellent and as advertised. It's a great spot, very convenient to things, but set in a wooded neighborhood that makes it seem off the beaten path. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back."

"This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!"

"Very clean, a little dust on vents & inside dresser, otherwise very clean. User error on my part with the electronic lock. Very quick help via text, when I still had an issue, owner came out to help me. She was super nice & gracious. She even gave her personal contact # if I needed it. Lovely wooded property. Very restful even though I am here working. Great shower. Washer & dryer very handy. Would stay again!!! "

"A primary reason we chose this house is the proximity to downtown. We were able to walk to the Durham Performing Arts Center for a show we were attending, and there were restaurants and bars to choose from along the way.The listing advertises that this house sleeps 11, but we wouldn't recommend with such a large group. There were seven of us, and the sleeping arrangements were tight. If I had the power to make changes, I would cover the glass of the glass door bedroom with faux etched glass...
