"We loved the surfing theme decor and laid back beach music playing in the lobby. Our room was so comfortable and seemed like a room in a beach house instead of a hotel. There was a turntable with a 60s album on the dresser; we enjoyed hearing those old songs. The hotel hosted a free happy hour daily and provided kits to make s’mores on the fire pits in the outside patio area. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome. It was in a great location with the beach right across the street with many good restaurants in walking distance.it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law in Huntington Beach. Highly recommend! "

"First and foremost, the gentleman at the front desk was one of the loveliest people that I encountered on my entire vacation. Such a warm and welcoming spirit. The hotel is very cute. It’s obviously old, but lots of work has been put into making it comfortable. It’s definitely unique and was comfortable. The location is fantastic. Just takes a few minutes to walk across the PCH to the water. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great dinner just down the road. It was great that there was dedicated parking at the hotel, which was included in the price. I loved the little deck, we were able to sit and watch the sun go down and then come back up again the next day. The only con was the A/C was SO loud. Like a freight train in our room. But it certainly would not stop me from staying again"

"Everything was great about the stay, staff was friendly, rooms were large , only thing would be the bathroom sink was where the beds were so in the night washing hands woke the people sleeping also...they alarm clock kept going off, did not allow you ro turn off just snooze, but all in all a very nice stay."

"The location is very close to Little Saigon. The hotel is clean and the straffs are friendly and helpful. Costco is right in front of the hotel. "

"We enjoyed our 2 nite stay. The only noise was from PCH, its busy and loud traffic. We picked it because of the ability to walk to the beach, some good food options and a grocery store as well. Surfside is a pretty low key beach community and we’d probably stay there again.. "
