"This is truly right across from the tram that takes you to Disney. There is a busy-ish road to cross, but it has stoplights on either side and a median with trees that you could wait on, so we felt safe crossing even with a double stroller. 10 minutes or less to get to security and then hop on a tram! You can also go down a few extra blocks to the cross walk if preferred. Perfect to just walk back for those afternoon naps! You can see fireworks from the condo too!We had 4 adults, a toddler and...

"This was our first trip to Newport. Condo location is fabulous with the added bonus of off-street parking. Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful with a few inquiries we had. Beach was close enough to spend the day and run back to condo for breaks often. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is as described. We hope to make this our new annual destination. "

"If you want a simple place close to the beach this is it. The property had some construction next door that started early. There was some work materials in our courtyard and you could hear people upstairs. Overall, did the job!"

"Very awkward key situation. I suggest a better system for providing the key, versus mailing it in an envelope that can rip open and let the key fall out. The key lock box in the garage is hard to see and the keys do not fit well into it. "

"We have stayed in Newport beach on a number of occasions and found Joan and Joe's property to be the most comfortable with the best location; especially for a family of 4. Close enough to hear the surf at night but far enough away to not hear the cars and surfers at the pier. Joe was quick respond when I had a question. We loved the front porch and umbrellas and the convenience of a two car garage. We look forward to another stay in 2026."
