I wasn't sure if firewood was provided for the firepit but there was a huge stack of wood to use and the firepit was a highlight. My husband cooked steaks on the grill and that was also a big hit. The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. "We visited Beaufort for a family wedding and selected this home to rent. Home is a little older but price fit the home. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was effortless. I recommend this home for anyone wanting a cost efficient place to stay. "

"It’s everything as described. Only 1 thing. We did not use the elevator as we’re not sure if working or not. Call button did not light up but the stairs were good exercise. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. Pricing was great as well. The master bedroom at night if patio door left open gives a natural soundscape ensuring a wonderful nights sleep. "We traveled with family to Edisto for a Christmas getaway. The property is beautiful and just as described. It suited our group perfectly..an elevator for those that need it, pet friendly, and right on the beach! We hunted for shells each morning, watched dolphins from the house, and explored the area.
