"Great stay with our college daughter and dog. Host thought of everything - wagon, beach cabana, beach chairs, frisbee, and a fully stocked kitchen. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit on cool evenings. The cottage is a super short walk to the beach and one block down is the Burkes Beach access that has a bathroom and dog wash/shower stations. Great area. You can rent the up or downstairs (each is its own unit) or the whole house together. We will definitely...

"We loved the accommodations for the two of us, this place was very clean and I absolutely loved the courtyard for morning coffee and cocktail hour before dinner. The only thing that was a disadvantage for us was, it was a bit of a walk to bay st. If we were a bit younger then the 12 blocks would have been no problem, but all in all we really enjoyed our stay.
