We loved our stay. Only concern were 2 things. 1) the desk seemed damaged and was sticky/ dirty and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't clean up and did need to use it... and 2) due to not having room service (3 nights) we piled up a lot of dirty towels and trash..that was pretty uncomfortable.
The nightlight in the bathroom cannot be turned off, and the glass sliding door does not hide the light at all, and in addition the sprinkler above the bed emitted a bright sharp white light every 20 seconds. This was intolerable.
Liked that it was close to historic district and other points of interest. Room was very quiet for a first floor and could hear nothing between rooms - like the 3 am water flush from the adjacent room...if you know what I mean. Staff are all amazing. Housekeeping could use a "little review" but other than that, we had an excellent time. Love the upscale "feel" of the room itself. Breakast was more than adequent - and kept very pristine and well attended to make sure the next group coming to enjoy would only see freshness and cleanliness. Wifi did not work in room but was strong in lobby sitting area. Heat was a tricky operation and the TV could not offer streaming....but there was so much to do outside that these minor "issues" were only a blip to the overall greatness of this location. We had another minor maintence issue that was quickly resolved.
