"We enjoyed a long weekend with our older kids at this home. The layout was perfect for us and allowed us to have our own space, but have plenty of places to congregate for games and meals. The two golf carts were a really nice bonus to go out and look for gators. The house was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and eating together as a group of 7. Owners were easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to renting this home again! "

"It had beautiful views from every window, large golf cart made it easy to get everyone to the beach, and the elevator made it easy to get groceries and luggage in and out. However, the negative is that the living room is on the 2nd story which is great for views but we were constantly worried about kids running / falling down the stairs. Would recommend a gate."

"We had a wonderful week's stay over Christmas week 2024. The property is very comfortable, especially with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We actually had our two grandsons join us for three nights, and they loved the property...and the available basketball courts. Our only suggestion is to indicate in the listing that the property is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with several staircases leading upstairs. All in all, the condo was exactly what we were seeking!"
