"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. "Overall everything was great. I would stay again. Very close walk to the beach and you can see it from the unit. The only complaints would be amount of parking spaces and how to make final payment. Most of the surrounding condos have assigned parking. This place doesn’t. We had to park both cars at the tennis courts which isn’t a fair walk but still a pain. "Our stay was perfect. Perfect location to Hunting Island where we found over 1000 shark teeth. The king bed in the master was very comfortable and the space was bigger than expected. The area has plenty to do without being “touristy”. For an unexpected stay, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back to the area. "

"We stayed here 3 nights for a small family reunion-6 of us. The house was comfortable and clean inside. There are nice spaces to sit and visit outside as well. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The house could use some updating and outside kitchen could use a good scrubbing but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. The owner was very responsive to texts and was very easy to work with. I would stay there again."
