This property needs a serious upgrading inside and out. The property felt unsafe for me and my family, The police were there on two of the three days I was there. Horrible customer service, have to talk to a machine. would not recommend.

My biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. My room had dust everywhere since we arrived. they only changed towels and emptied the trash cans never clean the room. Limited staff. The surroundings were ok. Some broken roofs but I imagine it's from a recent hurricane

I was very taken aback that there was nobody at the front desk for either checkin or checkout. We spoke to a monitor with someone that was over seas. Not good customer service It also bothered me that the outside doors did not lock anyone could walk into the hotel and be outside our door

Mold and mildew, humid and cigarrette smell. Yellow stains on all blankets, sheets and towels. Dust, air conditioner filter supper dirty and dusty. Urine and feces stain all over the toilet. Red ants infestation that will bite you while sleeping. Horrible experience.

The beds were comfy enough, and the check-in/check-out process was easy, but the place could definitely use some maintenance. Like deep cleaning or replacing the carpets, repainting, recaulking the bath tub, and re-covering some of the awnings. It looks like they had some kind of construction occurring, hopefully they’re updating the place. But overall, the stay was fine. I can’t complain much since it’s one of the few places I could find in a pinch that was dog friendly.

This property was filthy, nothing like the pictures, well, the paint color on the wall is the same but that is where the similarities end. I stayed here for two nights because I was flying in to Marine graduation, only reason I didn’t leave. I spoke to someone the very next day as soon as I could and while I showed them pictures and video of the room, their response is why I didn’t say anything the night before when I arrived almost at 8 pm and needed to wake at 4 am. I was promised at least a phone call and didn’t even receive that. I wish I could upload the photos and video.

Orange juice was rotten, food was stale. Rooms smelled but were clean. I have always held wyndham at a higher standrad than this place. Also very very disappointed. No humans at this place. Completly automated. Horrible. Not impressed at all.

What was unique about this hotel is that they had a kiosk in the lobby to do the check in and check out and not a real person, and you have to speak with someone in the screen at the kiosk when you arrive or leave the hotel, When my brother in law did his check in a representative name Isaac asked for the payment method. He opted to pay cash for two nights a total of $289. He Inserted 3 one hundred dollar bills, and didn’t get a receipt. Then he charged my credit car with the same amount a credit card that I used ONLY to make the reservation and I did not authorized to pay for the room because he paid cash, meaning they charged twice for the same room. When we asked Isac why he said that my credit card will be refund. three days passed and they have not refund my money. I will have to dispute with my credit card company. The ice maker was dirty and broken without ice, and there is not a real person to speak to about these things on the kiosk “computer” . The kiosk was useless, the representative incompetent and no customer service orientation whatsoever. I’ll make sure my friends and family won’t go through this horrible experience, booking at this Howard Johnson by Wyndham.
