"Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. Suite was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was great; like 10 minutes to Dollywood and 30ish minutes to Smoky Mtn Nationa Park."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! We had a minor inconvenience the first day and the staff went over and above to take care of us. Having the shops and multiple things to do, and restaurants all within walking distance was awesome. Definitely do valet. It was very easy and convenient to text them when we needed our car. The location is really close to Dollywood also. The property winds around The Island and has several elevators that you can come out of to avoid walking to the front desk to exit which is so nice. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice! There is very slow to non-existent WiFi while walking on The Island, so buy online tickets at the hotel before leaving. Overall we were all so happy with our stay! "
