She greeted us with a two bottle of water. She would give us a chair to sit while we wait. The service was amazing. I recommend anyone whoever go to Crunk Plaza, Chan to look for Kingsley. She would be an amazing person to take care of you. I was very pleased very proud and I stayed on because of her and the treatment is great. The service is great. The breakfast is fantastic. The evening snack was amazing And the bed give me an amazing sleep. I recommend Crowne Plaza any day and I think we have to recognize Kingsley because she was the front desk. She was a receptionist and she represented Chrome Plaza very well. I hope someone recognize her hard work. "
