"Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, with beautiful river views and within walking distance to the mall. The gym is well-equipped and spacious, with machines in great condition. The pool and sauna were also fantastic. YumCha in the Wan Li (hotel resturant) was great. Pricer but views and food was worth it . Minor cons - lobby is on the 29th floor so two sets of elevators to get in and out of hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We were checked online one day prior to our arrival. Hotel asked us the arrival time so we were able to go to our room at around early. The room and facilities is amazingly well managed. We were having fun in the pool and gym . The shopping mall is next to hotel. We will come again soon."

"Over all it was a very nice place and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend that you speak Chinese and bring hard cash to exchange at the airport. without a offshore account you will not be able to use transportation. The buss is 2 RBM into town and taxis will take cash in RBM."

"The overall environment is good and we enjoyed our two days stay. Could walk up to 1km on the beach. The only negative thing that really need consideration from the hotel management is rooms are smelly. They are too old and need renovating. Nevertheless, nice staff, delicious buffet with all sea food stuff. Worth mentioning is I read about someone who commented here about the hotel being closer to the Daya bay nuclear power plant;that is not a nuclear power plant. It is a coal fired power plant....

"For $50-60 this is just a fine hotel. This is typical Chinese hotel, looks very nice, grounds outside are nice. It's not super updated but it's ok. English is not their strong point. Gym is not good but is good enough to get a work-out. Breakfast also fine but not strong on Western food, although they do have it. This is not a 5 star but if you get upgraded room for $109 it is quite nice. Make sure you request the most non-smoking room if you don't want your room to smell like...

"Hotel located 4 mins to CoCo Park mall. Very convenient. Location also near high speed train to Hkg. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Only the pillow is alittle too flat . Overall, good experience. "

"I was greeted very warmly by the front desk supervisor at the Crowne Plaza hotel by the name of Kingsley, Li She was very welcoming. She was thoughtful. She make sure I had what I needed. She greeted us with a two bottle of water. She would give us a chair to sit while we wait. The service was amazing. I recommend anyone whoever go to Crunk Plaza, Chan to look for Kingsley. She would be an amazing person to take care of you. I was very pleased very proud and I stayed on because of her and the treatment is great. The service is great. The breakfast is fantastic. The evening snack was amazing And the bed give me an amazing sleep. I recommend Crowne Plaza any day and I think we have to recognize Kingsley because she was the front desk. She was a receptionist and she represented Chrome Plaza very well. I hope someone recognize her hard work. "
