"This was the perfect hotel for my stay in Taipei. Located in a popular area right on top of a subway station entrance, this hotel is very well connected both by walking and by subway. The rooms are so spacious and are well cleaned."

"Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card."

"Stunningly beautiful hotel for a great price and location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service, cleaning and maintenance were very fast in dealing with all issues. Only downside is that the pool is too cold even when the temperature outside was above 25 Celsius. No one hardly used it which is unfortunate as it has such a great view! Would definitely come back.
