"We arrived well before check in time, and left our luggage at the Ximen branch. Staff had already delivered our luggage and put them in our room when we checked in. Check in at the Chengdu branch is through a machine, but very straight forward process. The room is clean and surprisingly soundproof for Ximending area. It is pretty close to Ximen station. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and they also delivered the package to our room while we were out during the day, which was great. Good...

"We enjoyed our stay at Solaria, clean, nice location & very friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like about the policy of the hotel is you have to pay $30 in order to check-in early. We arrived at the hotel early coming from a cruise but according to a staff the room is not yet ready. However the room will be ready if you pay an extra $30. This doesn’t happen in big hotels. You can check-in once the room is ready."

"After I took the Taoyuan Airport Express Train to the last station named Taipei Main Station I exited Gate 5 and turned right (South). I kept walking with my luggage for about 500 meters and the Via Hotel was very next to the Family Mart store (at the corner). If you want to take MRT to other places the nearest one was NTU Hospital and it was very close to the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful (they gave me a copy of the MRT map). I chose a room with no window....
