"I reserved a single king size bed in a standard room, I got a full/queen bed in a standard room, I had a three night reservation and my keys stopped working after 2 and they had to reprogram them, would like to think that could have been alleviated as it took a while to get help to the front desk for that."

"No mold in pool room. Pictures are not a total lie. No spider in bathroom. Door to bathroom did shut all the way. The hot tub is not broken. The pool totally didn’t have bugs in it. The pillows totally didn’t have stains."
