The staff is remarkable- they helped us arrange a personal driver to Taroko gorge, helped us order taxis daily but also walked out with us to communicate with the driver to make sure they understood where to go, the free bikes helped us bop around the town for free and the infinity pool on the second floor is amazing. Rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. Nicky at the front desk and Vivian the manager are specific call outs. I highly recommend!"

"Very nice stay in the suite with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the earthquake cut our stay short, but they were so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. What a terrifying thing for the staff to navigate - they were wonderful. I fear the hotel had significant damage and hope they will be able to reopen. "

Additionally, the hotel was nice, with good amenities. We were not too far from the main area of town. We would love to go back and stay again."
