"Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

"Lady in charge gave us a room on ground floor because she could see my husband had a bad leg. Room was lovely and clean and warm with a view of pretty garden. It was very peaceful and bed was super comfy. My only complaint would be the very small shower room but at such a great price it shouldnt be that concerning. We will be back!"

"The hotel was fine, but just fine. We waited for 15 at check in as there was only person on the reception desk on New Years Eve. The lift didn't work, nor had it 6 months earlier when friends stayed there. And the WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor. That said the room was good sized, clean and comfortable."

"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."
