"We stayed for two weeks at The Bothy. We used it as a base to explore the Dales. We enjoyed seeing the local sights and villages. There are numerous sites to visit within one hour’s drive. Also, there are nice walks from the front door to visit Aysgarth Falls, Cauldron Falls at West Burton, and a longer walk to Bolton Castle. We found the cottage to be comfortable, including plenty of cooking utensils, good stove and a reasonable-size fridge. There was plenty of hot water for the comfortable...

"Westbrook House was a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place to stay. With beautiful views over the dales and being serenaded by the sweet sounds of the various birdsongs, it was a quiet oasis for us to relax. The house itself was perfect. It was clean, had all of the advertised amenities and was consistent with the pictures provided in the listing. The kitchen is well equipped and has the full compliment of conveniences needed to function effectively (ie, washer and dishwasher tablets, wax paper,...
