"Our stay in Hopkins was unbelievable. Our group of nine adults had plenty of space for congregating and privacy. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool was comfortably heated, the beach cleaned and raked. Miss Shelley had a delicious dinner cooking for us when we arrived and Lester was readying the pool. They were the real stars of our stay We were worried staff may cramp our style but they truly made the trip. Shelley set us up with fantastic tour guides for Mayan Ruins, cave tubing, and zip lining. Lester was incredibly kind and thoughtful, checking on us daily and readily available. We have all decided we need to stay longer next time or maybe just move to Belize! We could not have dreamed of a better place to stay. Perfection. "

"Hopkins Bay Resort is an exquisite property, one of the finest we have enjoyed in our travels. From check-in to departure, the staff elevated every experience. Rooms are beautiful, the setting breathtaking, the facilities and grounds wonderful, the dining a real pleasure. "Can't say enough about how wonderful this little Hopkins gem is! Right on the beach and at the same time in the centre of a walkable village! Bought our fruits and veggies on the street, best coffee right next door, and several rustic beach restaurants within easy walking distance. We tried them all and enjoyed every meal. This is a real village, not a resort, so expect the sounds and friendly people of every day life. Don't forget to tip the gentleman who cleans and rakes the sand all the way from the bungalow to the water (keeps the sand flee population down) "

"The concierge service at the Parrot Cove is phenomenal. They bend over backwards, left right and sideways to make your experience fantastic. Please note they can’t control the weather. But what they have done, is gone through all the services in their area and weeded out the schiesters and kept those that produced. Chef Rob is an amazing artist of the culinary palette. There were several other amazing restaurants within walking distance. Next time we come to Hopkins, we for sure will be staying at Parrot Cove. Amazing service, check. Incredible food experiences, check. Clean, check. We were blessed!"

"The rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Stephanie, Kenny, Alex,Chris,Steven, cardi G, Milky Way, Elisha, Genesis and Thomas were all GREAT! Excursions were super fun with great guides. Food was ok Beach had a lot of garbage wash up every day that wasn’t really cleaned up well. They had one guy picking up washed up garbage and 7 guys raking sand. I wish the beach would’ve had the same amount of attention as the grounds. I would recommend getting a golf cart as the village with lots of great places to visit is about 2 miles away. "
