"My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Mystic! I’m originally from CT so I loved showing him where I grew up! The property was lovely but the listing was slightly inaccurate. Onsite parking is not provided and it’s a shared rental unit with yearly tenants. That didn’t bother me and my partner, but we were under the impression that we were booking a single unit with parking when we had booked it, so if thats something that matters to you I would not book it for only that reason! "The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."

"We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!"

My daughter had to work in Pennsylvania in July/August and suggested we meet in Washington DC and do the roadtrip together. "A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. "It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
