"We highly recommend this little gem in Newport! The easy walk to downtown is wonderful seeing all the historic homes. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay! Monique is by far the best host we’ve ever had, very responsive with any questions you may have. We loved the vibe of the place and the deck outside was nice having our morning cup of coffee!"

"The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were...

"The unit was nice, but I wish I had known about the spiral staircase and made it difficult for me to get up and down. My cousins rooms have a regular staircase up to the third floor. Outside of the room, the hallways had a multi smell to it. Inside the room was OK. I was disappointed I had to give up my room to sleep on the couch downstairs. The unit could use some updating. The ice machine did not work at all the entire time we were there. It would’ve been nice to see which side of the complex...

"We loved the property and its location. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The rooftop was the real winner. We travelled with little ones and were able to put them to bed and then enjoy the rooftop. Thanks!"

"These Villas are quite nice and have lovely amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, sauna in the clubhouse. The location is also perfect bc you are close to main ave that has tons of stores and the casino is 5 mins away .what I didn't like was the enormous fees vrbo was charging us when it was booked through expedia and cleaning fees and then they want you to chk out before 10 am but take out all the trash out load a dishwasher, strip all the bedding , etc .ummm like im on vacation paying you...
