The issue was the manager there who checked us into the room she seemed to want to critique our choice of a 2 night stay as if it wasnt long enough for her like as if our vacation was a waste of time. She then bragged about how her husband supposedly caught all the fish me and my wife bought from the store. Then when i checked out she didnt look me in my eye a SINGLE time. Even when she said have a nice day she purposely didnt look at me like i was scum. I...

"Great location & Super view from balcony!"

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"We’ve stayed at many condos in the Honokōwai area and this has been our favorite by far. The condo is well equipped with anything that you could possibly need. We appreciated having some spray oil, spices, pots and pans and utensils to cook with. The location is beautiful and the complex is very quiet due to the low number of units. We would definitely stay here again!"
