"The resort is great, rooms are great. The issue was the manager there who checked us into the room she seemed to want to critique our choice of a 2 night stay as if it wasnt long enough for her like as if our vacation was a waste of time. "We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"This is our second time at Pikake B4 and we love it. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything needed. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. In a quiet part of Honokowai where you just hear the sounds of the ocean at night. Convenient walking distance to the new Pau bakery across from the beach park. You can relax on the beach right behind the unit. Owners are attentive, caring and communicate promptly. We hope to return again..."
