"Best view ever! Loved to be as close to the water as possible and 40 feet is great. The carpet needs replacing and the unit is old. But I was fine with that. Was out walking and snorkeling most of the time. "

"Great place right along the ocean with great views! Only down side is there’s no AC but it wasn’t too bad. The ocean breeze was a nice way to cool off. We went during spring break in April, maybe summer time would be more uncomfortable without the AC. We could see turtles in the water right from the condo’s windows and balcony. Over all, it was spacious and lovely. "

"We had so much fun - beautiful condo with amazing ocean views. Clean, well equipped, great location. We were here for a week in January and saw many many whales and turtles every single day from our balcony. It was lovely!! We had one issue with the electronic lock box battery dying (totally normal) and the host couldn't have been quicker to respond and help us out. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The location was great as Kaanapali always has breezes for cooling and this condo has access to both a public beach to the left of the building and a private beach to the right. Also Kaanapali has great infrastructure so no fear of flooding.Grounds and pool are very well maintained by Monday to Friday manager who works those days and on the weekend an onsite owner.Got to see turtles very close up on the beach eating seaweed off the coral, saw monk seal catching and eating fish off shore and lots...

"The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. I do think the condo needs a little upgrade to bring it into 2021. Fixture and furniture was older and the living room twin bed was not comfortable. Patio was so cute and very secluded with large beautiful trees. "

"Very nice and quiet. We loved the pool area and our corner condo on the 4th floor has the nicest view of the ocean. We were able to fit 6 people in the 2 bedroom one. Great service! "

"It was All around a nice place had a really nice ocean view just absolutely great to sit out on the porch deck thing and watch the ocean for hours! Sunsets were gorgeous... The elevator was a little bit ancient but it sure worked! Definitely would recommend and stay here again..."

"Pro:The facility is quiet, staff is helpful and responsive. The unit is updated and clean Con: Traffic noise is loud all night. The unit does not have a view and does not get any sun. There is no oven. The unit is located on the 4th floor. The only elevator is a distance away. it is easier to walk up the 4 flights rather than making the trek to the elevator "

"The condo itself has not been upgraded for what appears to be 30 years. Laziness. The Papakea resort itself is very nice. Beautiful landscaping, tennis courts good, nice grass area along the shoreline, and potential surfing right there. No excuse to not make some upgrades to the condo. "
