We paid extra for the Gold package and the service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, helpful, and timely the making sure the breakfast, snacks, and evening appetizers were set up. Fitness center was top notch and concierge services at the resort made some high quality recommendations that saved us time and resulted in a great experience. The location of the resort in the Mauna Lani area near Kona is close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away that the grounds are serene and peaceful. Highly recommend the property and the upgrade to the Gold package. "
