"Check-in was smooth, downstairs was extremely warm the first night, unfortunately we just had to deal with it. Next day the property owner sent over maintenance once I followed up about the a/c downstairs and the yard flooding with water coming up from the ground. Pool was large but isn’t heated this time of year so it was very cold in the evening once the sun began to set.We had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The wifi was a little slow once everyone was logged in but...
