"This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Chicago to go sightseeing! We LOVED that it was located steps away from a stop for the blue line of the subway (which took us directly to ohare airport as well as to the middle of the city in just a few stops) as well as a stop for the 66 bus line. "It was right on the blue line, close enough that I could lug my heavy bags back and forth to O'Hare no problem. Close enough to the city center to make taxis or public transit a great option. "Overall very nice stay. The only issue was that the mattress was not very comfortable & it was hard reaching property management. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay! Nice safe neighborhood with lots to do! Very close to public transportation, restaurants & shops. "

"We had a great stay. We weren’t able to check in when we thought we would and had to go straight to our event so we got a text message on how to get into the building. What you have available to you is just as described. Place was clean but definitely had some wear and tear. I had read reviews online and the had mentioned parking was hard so I was able to reserve a parking spot nearby through a parking app. City noise throughout the night but nothing jarring. Would stay again "

"The location was ideal in terms of getting to everything in chicago! "Safe area less than a minute walk to blue line subway. 2 stops to downtown Riverwalk area. Espresso shop, CVS pharmacy, liquor store all 1 to 2 minute walk. Nicely appointed with everything from coffee to snacks."

"Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. "

"The Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park is a beautiful and welcoming hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago, perfectly located near Millennium Park and other top attractions. Our stay was made even better by breakfast at Toro, the hotel’s restaurant, where the tres leches pancakes and smoked salmon platter were absolutely outstanding. Both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and elegantly prepared. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with an unforgettable breakfast experience, the Fairmont and Toro are an excellent choice!"

"It’s such a nice, clean hotel. Coffee in the lobby is on point. The rooms are spacious and clean. My friend and I were able to lounge and talk in our room before heading over the emerald loop bar across the street. It’s a really nice hotel- remodeled. Off Michigan avenue. Air purifier, yoga mats, filtered water, Nespresso, comfy beds, perfect water pressure and comfy bed. I was greeted by smiles every time I needed anything. And even guests were friendly because of this. Got a late check out- no worries. I would love to stay here again. Ordered room service it was good too. People mention it’s loud with sirens- but every hotel I’m at in DT Chicago has this issue. I heard less here than any other hotel. It’s a really nice place to stay. Highly recommend. "

"Great location and price for the location. Very modern and though much smaller then old style hotel rooms, this was a fun room to stay in. An I-pad controls everything and was ready to use including colored lights in bathroom/ shower. Perfect for a couple and super walkable to landmark parks, El Trains and River Walk. We had a super enjoyable 3 days and the staff at check in/out were super friendly and professional. Big Recommend!!!"
