"It’s such a nice, clean hotel. Coffee in the lobby is on point. The rooms are spacious and clean. My friend and I were able to lounge and talk in our room before heading over the emerald loop bar across the street. It’s a really nice hotel- remodeled. Off Michigan avenue. Air purifier, yoga mats, filtered water, Nespresso, comfy beds, perfect water pressure and comfy bed. I was greeted by smiles every time I needed anything. And even guests were friendly because of this. Got a late check out- no worries. I would love to stay here again. Ordered room service it was good too. People mention it’s loud with sirens- but every hotel I’m at in DT Chicago has this issue. I heard less here than any other hotel. It’s a really nice place to stay. Highly recommend. "

"The only issue I had was with the parking. Maybe you guys could offer some type of valet or shuttle options. Or a reduction in the price for parking, since its a little of a walk."

"Great location and price for the location. Very modern and though much smaller then old style hotel rooms, this was a fun room to stay in. An I-pad controls everything and was ready to use including colored lights in bathroom/ shower. Perfect for a couple and super walkable to landmark parks, El Trains and River Walk. We had a super enjoyable 3 days and the staff at check in/out were super friendly and professional. Big Recommend!!!"
