We've stayed once as a couple & now with a young child & the facilities & activities the staff set up is wonderful. All so accommodating with kids. The facilities such as the pool & restaurants/bars are fantastic. If you dont feel comfortable with driving into the city, buses come every 10mins or so & go straight in."

"Had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful. We had a nice room. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for us. Very hot rooms. We turned off the heating and opened the windows. A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "
