We were using a gift token for the wine tasting in the village thus the reason for the stop over due to the location. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. "The room was modern and spotlessly clean, although compact; kettle, beverages, hairdryer and ironing board provided, along with a good supply of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. A slight downside was that the rear access (fire escape) and kitchen extractor system were right outside our window, so a bit noisy in the late evening and early morning. However, this was more than compensated for by the friendly, helpful staff, who really did cheerfully...

"Lovely..nice & modern apartment..well cleaned but had only 2 tiny heaters on the wall. It was a square type. Thes 1 in the living room and 1 in the the bedroom..with not alot of heat coming out..there was a waste. There was a wooden burning stove but the wood supplied didnt last long & then it was £5 for another bag..alternatively the wood could be purchased at a store in the village but it was very windy & wet to go out"

"This was my second stay at Law Brook Farm Cottage and I had just a good a stay as the first. The cottage is in a nice quiet location just outside the small town of Holmfirth with plenty to do in the area and some nice pubs/restaurants only a few minutes away. The property itself is finished to a high quality and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds are very comfortable and give a good night's sleep.
