"Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. "

We found out en route to London that the property we had booked 18 months before on Vrbo would not be available to our party of 8 retirees.
