"This place is wonderful! The man checking me in was friendly and helpful. My room (all rooms?) has an ocean side balcony with chairs, which love. Topsail Island is not full of restaurants (there are a few), so a stop at the grocery store is a good idea. The room does have a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. There's plenty of room, at least for 1 or 2. The area is quiet and I feel very safe. The beach is gorgeous: lots of shallow water to wade in, clean, uncrowded (though, it is the middle of March). Anyone wanting a quiet beach getaway, this is a dream. "

"I was worried about bringing two toddlers and a golden retriever to a rental, but this house was just the best as it had everything we could think of and loved being literal steps from the beach! I really appreciated the little things that were provided in the home (baby gates, plastic cups/plates etc.) that made it feel like my babies were truly welcomed! The views from the kitchen and living room and the third floor deck were the highlight of our stay! Communication with Katrina and Christine really elevate the whole experience. I can't recommend this house enough!"

"Super place to stay during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful view of the ocean and had all the amenities one could possibly need.Did have an issue with the heater when we arrived. It was 45 degrees inside and the heater was turned off. We contacted the manager and the owner and we were able to figure out how to reprogram the unit. They were very nice about it and the communication was great. We saved them a repair man trip. The house was super clean and we would love to come back and stay again! "

"We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!"
