"Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious. Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. "

"WOW! What an amazing hotel! We had such a beautiful stay and LOVED Portland. The room was so comfortable and quiet. Beautifully appointed too. As an interior designer, I kept taking pictures and videos of all the beautiful details. The hotel company left the most amazing list of restaurants and things to do and we’re so glad we took their advice. We found spots we would never have known about otherwise. The Japanese restaurant they recommend was OUT OF THIS WORLD!"

"-Had been taken over by Old Orchard Inn, we were not notified. Wifi for Atlantic Birches did not work (ever), no one in the inn to ask questions of, even during the day. -No breakfast in the inn, had to walk down the street to Old Orchard Inn with wet hair for what was a woeful breakfast.
