"The location couldn’t be any better, literally a few steps from the beach. The guest contact was very responsive in getting back to me with any questions or concerns we had which is great however there were too many times we had to reach out to them during our stay, all basically minor things but things that should be taken care of prior to guest arrival so we don’t have to ask for thing. He was sure to get these things taken care of as we asked in a timely manner but again things that should...

"This property may be on the smaller side, but it's perfect for two people, especially if you plan to be out and about all day. The location is excellent. All area beaches as well as a bunch of fun restaurants and shops are within a 10/15 min drive. I would come back!"

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "

"Fabulous location for us as it’s just 1/2 block from our son’s apartment. So close to Casco Bay and the Portland Port area. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Nice sunny apartment! "

"This was a great find for our group! King size mattress was super comfortable. I did hear that one of the queens was much more firm than the other. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great for breakfasts and lunches. The only thing was our keycode didn’t work everytime. Sometimes it took us 4 or 4 tries."
