"Cosy and comfortable. Decent bedding and excellent duvet. Really nice breakast. The bathroom safety rails should be replaced as very rusty but plenty of hot water. Overall very clean, only let down by the rusty rails in the bathroom. Wouldnt put me off staying again, it was so peaceful and comfortable."

"Always enjoy our stay at Union Road , it is so convenient for visiting my family. They make you feel so welcome. I am sorry to say if there is one thing we don't like is the fact that the rooms are dog friendly, and we are not dog lovers. I don't know if all rooms are dog friendly but if they are it might be a problem for future stays as my wife can break out in a rash."

"Instantly felt very welcome! Shown around the beautiful room with excellent amenities, fresh coffee, milk, orange juice and cereal. A fresh breakfast was offered, but I kindly declined as I'm not the biggest breakfast eater. Very clean space and a lovely bathroom also. "I went to book into the hotel and it was closed, dark and empty. I tried to contact them on both numbers provided. Nothing. No answer, no call back. I tried all day and it was so frustrating and worrying as we had no idea where we were going to sleep that night. I left it until 5pm and then found another place to stay. Thought that perhaps something had happened and they'd be back the following day and may offer the two nights from then. Next day arrived and same fiasco. The hotel we had booked...
