"Very nice place with super central location. Breakfast was good but what we value the most was the staff and service we received. We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially Jenny took special care of us."

We had a balcony room , I highly recommend room 601 if you can get it. However we saw a classic/superior room as well and even those are very nice and better than most other hotels we’ve seen. Would definitely stay again!"
