"While I particularly enjoyed my stay, staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful…… food selection was not as good as I thought it will be. Options were very limited if you didn’t eat what was provided, it is geared towards the culture of the surroundings, I wish in the future that they will include more varieties and not just particularly for ethnicities but also for westernized pallets."

"This Riu was excellent, from the minute you enter it was 5 star service. Best All Inclusive stay. super clean and super nice and friendly hosts and workers. Top notch services. Lots of construction but that didn’t bother us.. barely heard any noise."

"Had a great stay. Very nice rooms and great service. I had a wait at check-in as the room was not ready after speaking with them prior to areival.. only suggestion would that they convert concierge desk into check-in counter or add check-in counters during peak hours. "
