"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished.
