"This is a nicely refinished farm outbuilding. If you want a fancy rental this might not suit you. We found it charming and comfortable. It has separate living area and bed room and bathroom. Comfortable chairs, large tv, nicely decorated in western motifs. Felt like a home away from home. We will return if we stay in Ashland again."

"We loved this little place. It was just what we needed for our quick trip to Ashland. It was very calm being in the country side and especially enjoyed seeing their chickens and all the cattle just outside our door. Beautiful spring flowers everywhere. The one disappointment we had was that there was not a twin bed as posted. We had our air mattress with so it worked out fine. The double bed was very comfortable. And we enjoyed the beautiful blue chicken eggs left in the fridge for...

"This townhouse is very nice. The primary bedroom suite is huge and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom (both are upstairs) has a queen bed and the bathroom is adjacent. The kitchen is excellent with very good appliances, up to date counter tops, etc. This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay, and WAY better than getting 2 hotel rooms somewhere. (As an aside, a bit of touch up paint could easily cover up a few nicks/small holes in the walls in various rooms.)"

"Enjoy our stay a little disappointed there was dog poop everywhere in the yard someone left behind, the patio and porch we had to clean. and then we went to cook with the grill and it was really dirty so we cleaned that we pulled plates tfrom the cupboard and they were full of water, and my husband got water all over them enjoyed our stay but a little disappointed"
