"Key thing for this hotel is to check your room before you move in. My first room on level 3 was so noisy due to the poor windows. After a few days they moved me to level 8 which was much better for noise - but had a missing bathroom window so a bit of a worry re mossies. Clean & breakfast was good, but there was no tea/coffee facilities, and no hot water in the basin. I also was charged for drinking some of the bottled water in the fridge (as it was the ONLY thing there I presumed it was free...

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

"Some lady just unlocked our room with a master key, and after finding us, she ran away. Upon inquiry with the front desk, they said they know the women and would ask her to explain herself. She did come to our room again, said something in Portuguese, but she did not know English (and neither did the front desk person). We had no idea what she said - we asked if she was room service or manger, she just kept nodding. All we could understand is there are master keys. Knowing this, and without any...
