Safe hotel to stay with your family.it is downtown right by metropolitan cathedral.you need to be a little bit carefull for homeless people around.good breakfast,weak wifi in the room.ants are everywhere they have solve that problem.

DECEPÇÃO É O SENTIMENTO
Reservei sem conhecer, pois não sou de SP. Uma decepção, nem o café tive coragem de tomar! O quarto sujo, cobertor até mendigo tem melhor, toalha estava podre de sujeira (encardida) e se desfazendo de tão velha! Os corredores fedem cigarro e b0s74! Ainda bem que passei o dia fora, só entrei para dormir e na mala havia levado coberta, fronha e toalha pq se não nem tinha conseguido dormir. Ah, e ngm respeita ngm, uma falação no corredor e batida de porta plena 4h da manhã, o interfone quando precisei a atendente atendia e desligava, como não tem elevador eu precisava descer falar c ela! Recomendo para quem não se importa com podridão e a estadia não é TÃO barata assim p ser desse jeito! É isso, nunca mais voltarei

Foi otima, funcionários solícitos e simpaticos, localização ótima, uma sugestão fiquei no quarto 11, colocar saboneteira ou uma prateleira para apoiar champoo, sabonete etc, porta papel higienico e um box ou uma cortina msm pq o banheiro fica todo molhado.. fora isso tudo otimo, voltarei outras vezes a ficar nesse hotel

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos.
Hotel é bem localizado, existe praticidade em diversas questões (Farmácia, lojas, padarias…). O Quarto que pedir no app foi de 4 camas solteiros, porém recebemos duas solteiros e uma casal, não foi dificultoso essa questão. O café da manhã foi ok, as vezes é que demorava um pouco de limpar um acessório e outro (xícara, garfo, colher…). A questão da limpeza dos quartos é que deixou a desejar, porque de 7 dias só quando entramos e 1 vez na semana limpou. O pessoal da recepção mega simpático e os lanches que estão no cardápio muito deliciosos.
