Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Great hotel and rooms. Dangerous area. Music from the streets until 2 AM. Breakfast horrible. No one speaks English. Never again.

Would not recommend, rude staff and bad stay.
Rude person at front desk in the night when I went to check, kept telling me no booking no room until I pulled out my hotels.com confirmation. Then kept mumbling while checking me in. Very uncomfortable bed and loud construction noises since early morning. Seems the hotel houses homeless or something cause the people in the hallway and breakfast room were giving those vibes. Breakfast was basic with a side of flies on the fruit and cheese. Area is a total ghetto be very careful

Costumo analisar um hotel sempre pela sua faixa de preço...Esse hotel é um hotel muito bom pela sua faixa de preço. Começando pelo ponto "ruim": Apesar de ter uma localização central e de ser razoavelmente próximo ao metrô, tem muitos moradores em situação de rua e um bar na frente o que é ruim (porém antes das 11:00 o bar parou com a música alta, pelo menos). De resto tudo é muito bom. O quarto que eu peguei era muito espaçoso, limpo, bem cuidado e o banheiro havia recebido reformada há pouco tempo (muito bonito). A cama é bem confortável e o café da manhã também é muito bom para a faixa de preço

O local é bem proximo a cracolandia, precisa de muito cuidado ao sair a noite, quarto e banheiro só são limpos se a pessoa solicitar, com isso tem muitas baratinhas no banheiro, e sujeira pelos cantos. Café da manhã poderia ter suco natural .

Hospedagem, no geral, tranquila
O atendimento é tranquilo, todos muito educados. No café da manhã, senti falta de mais opções para quem tem restrições alimentares, como eu. O principal problema relacionado ao hotel foi mesmo a localização dele. Eu sabia seria no centro, mas realmente me assustei com a quantidade de dependentes químicos em volta de lá. Só a situação local dos arredores que me causou desconforto, pois me senti muito inseguro do lado de fora. Durante o dia, sempre tinha viaturas da polícia por perto.

Bom, confortável mas, fica devendo um bom café.
Hotel simples, mas, confortável e seguro (isso é importante) Único porém fica por conta do café que tem exatamente o mesmo menu todos os dias. Não tem pão de queijo e roscas. Iogurte muito doce. Contudo, pãozinho francês, ovos mexidos, e café em si são bons. Podem melhorar, com um Melão, iogurtes menos açucarados e roscas de padaria... O chuveiro é outro ponto forte. Apesar do cheiro de mofo que sai apenas do banheiro. No mais tive uma boa noite de sono, local, apesar de ter um bar na frente não apresenta barulho que incomoda.

O hotel é muito bom ! Cama confortável! Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor mas , é o básico que funciona . Do hotel não há muito q ser dito. O entorno é um tanto problematico . Consumo de drogas e Moradores de rua . As janelas não vedam bem , então se escuta o barulho de fora muito claramente.

Hotel centralizado próximo ao Bom Retiro, Rua 25 de Março e Santa Ifinênia. Não recomendo nada à pé, mas de transporte de aplicativo fica muito próximo mesmo. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Pessoal da recepção é simpático e o atendimento sempre cordial. Café da manhã bom com as opções que costumamos encontrar. Wifi eu não testei. Limpeza do quarto ocorre diariamente.
