Já me hospedei diversas vezes no hotel, pelo excelente custo-benefício, boa localização e quartos amplos. No entanto, nesta última estadia, dois pontos foram bastante negativos. No dia 31 de dezembro, véspera do Réveillon, a passadoria já havia encerrado o serviço, e não havia ferro disponível para empréstimo. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis, tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior, e essa foi a primeira vez que me deparei com essa situação! Outro ponto foi o frigobar, que não foi reabastecido durante vários dias, mesmo após eu solicitar o serviço três vezes na recepção. Em nenhum momento houve um pedido de desculpas ou uma iniciativa para resolver o problema, apenas a orientação de que eu poderia buscar água no restaurante. Mas e os demais itens? Diante desses problemas, considerarei seriamente se voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel em outra oportunidade.

Não voltaria !

Razoável ! Levei um susto a foto é desatualizada ! O banheiro um caos com o chuveiro dentro de uma banheira , uma pessoa de idade não consegue, além do que água quente nem pensar, morna para fria! No quarto além de um sinal pessimo , quase não tem canais , ar condicionado velho sem vazão para o quarto , os cobertores que colocam são uma vergonha e nem sabemos se foram lavados, aparência de roupa de cama velha! Além de tudo isso o elevador não funciona, ficamos presos nele na hora do café da manhã e descemos de escada ! Quanto ao atendimento às recepcionistas são nota 1000, mas tive um problema sério com um recepcionista, sem educação , na qual no dia seguinte falei diretamente com o gerente ! Do mais não ficaria novamente , ele é sim bem localizado , mas ficou muito a desejar para estar como muito bom aqui !
