"The property was fine, looked nicer than the actually quality of the property. The shower water pressure was not fantastic and it mostly stayed at medium warm. Our room looked nice though! The staff only spoke Spanish, though a nice young man did give us directions in English once — only saw him the one time. I speak middling Spanish (enough to get around) and my partner elementary Spanish. We were able to ask the staff for directions to the bus station just fine. The staff was overall, cold....
