"This is a beautiful hostel, i thought it was a hotel. I wasn't aware that you had to drive on a rough road up the mountain, i found out 2hrs before we got our car rental. They do provide transportation but we found out last minute. The food at restaurant was really good and the service is great. The beds are hard but not an issue for me."

"The owner was very very generous, friendly and helpful. He treated us as if we were part of his family. You don't get this treatment very often. The location is very close to the entrance El Zaino for the Tayrona Park. The vegetation around the property is fantastic. The only negative side is that the cabins are very close by the road and there is a lot of noise day and night. For the day it might not be a huge problem, but at night if you have poor sleep you might suffer from the noise."

"Really nice place to stay. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice little shared garden and small pool, as well as covered patio in the top floor. We really liked staying here. The hosts were very kind and made tasty breakfast. I got terrible food poisoning from the restaurant next door and our host kindly me made a delicious soup the next day to help me feel better. Lots of highway traffic noise, but with the window closed it’s quiet."

"El sitio es limpio y tranquilo. No nos gustó que el ventilador no servía pese a saber el establecimiento por lo que dejamos la ventana abierta para que nos diera aire pero los mosquitos nos picaron. "What a wonderful experience at this ecoresort. Definitely not like any other hotel experience. Good signage from the road so easily visible for our cab driver (one hour from Santa Marta). Takes a few minutes to walk into the resort (down a path, across a creek). The staff were all extremely friendly! The dinner was great (simple but super fresh, well cooked, nicely seasoned). "The suites were great! The property is spacious, clean, and well kept. We had a private key to enter the premise. There are two small stores underneath the suites. About a 15 minute walk to the touristy area of rodadero where all the restaurants and small shops are. Very safe walk even at night! The beach is just a block away.
