Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. "We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
