"This cottage is conveniently located for visiting Akron, Cuyahoga Valley, and even Canton. We like birding and hiking, and there are many beautiful parks in this area. The cottage is comfortable and lovingly decorated. Great communication with the property manager and owner! My only complaint is not with the cottage itself, but with its description of being “steps from the lake.” While this is technically true, the steps take you to a guardrail behind which are private properties going down...

"We had family come into town for my son's wedding so needed space for the out of town guests. Lovely house with plenty of room. Didn't get chance to enjoy the beach or water as we were busy with the wedding events. Little surprised that weren't given information about access to beach but house couple doors down did provide information. Enjoyed stay."

"The house was everything we needed to visit our son (a student at Kent) and celebrate Thanksgiving together. Toasty cottage with great wildlife watching - ducks, geese and groundhogs close to everything, including great hiking at The Ledges."
