"Louie's property is a wonderful place to spend a night or two when in the Akron area. He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! "

The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. "First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap."

"The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one."

"Susan and Mark have an absolutely gorgeous property. The farmhouse we stayed in was quaint and comfortable. You could sit on the couch watch the birds and the horses next to the fire all day. It appears there are plenty of things to do during the summer, but this trip brought a few mornings of snow covered pastures. Susan was always responsive and Mark was very nice. Great hosts and great property. I absolutely recommend!"

"Our stay at this Hinckley cabin was very enjoyable. Host communication was excellent and the natural farm setting very relaxing. We especially appreciated the high end kitchen with the full array of equipment and utensils for some real cooking. We enjoyed morning coffee on the small veranda and walking the trails down to the river in the afternoon. We will definitely return for a future visit. "

"The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it."
