"This was a very enjoyable experience, was up for the weekend for a family event, she was very knowledgeable for the surrounding around to help assist make things easier between travel and food. The property was very pleasant to stay at, very peaceful and enjoyable. We do plan on staying here again in the future and will be recommending this location to any family and friends that will be in the area"

"We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend...

"Beautiful location and very well furnished. We had family members coming in from Maine, NC and Brooklyn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. Close to the airport and major shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering. "

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."
