"Nadia, Heather and Karen. All three of them deserve a raise and promotion. From. The moment I talked to them on and off for about a week it was amazing. The southern hospitality was amazing, they helped me get a rate that beat my Expedia one. They helped my elderly auntie get the perfect room. They made sure to note every detail I asked for. Only down side was room 113 wasn't clean. How ever Karen took ownership of it, apologized and helped make our day. It wasn't about the money that made everything great. These three seemlessly helped make my sons, Auntie, cousins and myself our stay memorable. If we ever come back to Athens Alabama, definitely will be coming back here. Thank yall! "

"We had a great stay here! Surprisingly no major complaints! The bed was comfortable and not too soft (we are firm mattress sleepers), the lights all worked in the room, things were clean, water was hot with good pressure, shampoo and conditioner provided along with towels. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was decent. The gravy was not great, but maybe it was just an off day. Parking was convenient and our room was quiet. It's at a convenient area off the highway and near many shops and dining options."
